Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as per applicable Indian consumer laws.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Certain items (personal care, innerwear, customized items) are non-returnable.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.

Prepaid refunds are credited to the original payment method; COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.
